Accepted insurances

If your insurance isn't listed above, I also accept private pay clients.  If your insurance accepts your working with “out of network” therapists, I can provide a receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement.

  • 15 minute initial consultation - free (schedule)

  • 50 minute individual therapy sessions- $150

  • 60 minute family therapy sessions - $200

As a white therapist committed to anti-racist practices and the redistribution of resources in my life and my work, a portion of my earnings is given monthly to Sogorea Te Land Trust.

Sliding scale individual therapy sessions are available to those with financial need- please let me know you are interested in one of these slots when you reach out. (This visual may help you consider where you fall on my sliding scale.)

Concerned about cost?
No Surprises Act / Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

My right to be me is tied with a thousand threads to your right to be you.
